My newsfeed is constantly refreshing whether i scroll or don't i am super annoyed how can i fix this?

There is a problem with one of the uBlock Origin filters. According to the following thread, there is a filter update available to fix the FB problem, but you may have to force update multiple times. I don't know what that means, but hopefully you do!
