how to copy paste
How do I activate in a cms the copy/paste function? (In a SIMPLE way).

I'm smiling at the "simple" part. :-)
Personally, I prefer using the shortcuts Windows gives us:
Ctrl+c to copy
Ctrl+v to paste
Ctrl+x to cut
You also can use the right-click context menu items.
You also can use the classic Edit menu (Alt+e to display).
But if you prefer to use the button supplied by the CMS, you do need to do a little reconfiguration in Firefox. Since I've never done it, I don't think I can reveal any unique shortcuts. There is an add-on that might help, but I haven't tried it myself: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/allowclipboard-helper/

There are other things that need your attention.
Your system details list shows that you use an old Firefox 10.0.2 version that is no longer supported with security updates.
Any particular reason why you haven't update to the current release?
