Can't see replies to Amazon reviews in Firefox

As of a few days ago, Firefox omits the comments link for Amazon reviews. The attached screenshot shows, on the left, what I see in Firefox, and on the right, what I see in Chrome or Edge. You'll see that the "Comments" link next to the "Helpful" button is missing in Firefox. It may be a trivial issue but I sometimes want to reply to a review or read responses to my own reviews.

I have tried:

Deleting the cache and all Amazon cookies Firefox in safe mode with all add-ons disabled Turning off Enhanced Tracking Protection Resetting (refreshing) Firefox.

None of these solved the problem. Anyone else had this? I don't know if it's a bug with Amazon, the recent Firefox update, or something else. Replies gratefully received.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

I hadn't noticed the change, but for this review, for example, Chrome shows there are 24 comments and Firefox (and the old MS Edge) doesn't mention it:

(The comments there are extremely spammy, so I wonder if Amazon is deemphasizing them?)

Thank you for the replies. Fred, I have already tried safe mode, deleting cookies and cache. Alas no joy but thanks anyway for taking the time.

I tried the link you post, jscher, and I don't get the comments in either Chrome or Firefox. I looked at a few other random reviews on amazon.com with Chrome and some do mention the comments, others don't. Either it's a glitch or, as you say, Amazon are phasing out comments. Time will tell.

Thanks for the replies. I've tried Safe Mode, clearing cookies and cache, but to no avail.

The link you jscher2000 posts doesn't show the comments link in Firefox, Edge or Chrome, but the link appears on IE11. I've tried a few random reviews on amazon.com with Chrome, and some mention the comments and others don't. So it's not a specific Firefox issue. It's either a glitch or, as you suggest, Amazon are decommissioning replies to reviews. I'll see how it develops and get back if things change.

Thanks for the replies. I have tried Safe Mode and clearing cookies, but to no avail.

The link above shows no comments in Firefox, Chrome or Edge, but they are mentioned in IE11. I've tried some random reviews on Amazon with other browsers and some link to comments, others don't. Looks like it isn't a specific Firefox problem. Either it's a glitch or Amazon are phasing out reviews. I'll have to see what happens and will come back to report any significant developments.

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?

Apologies for duplicate posts. The first two didn't appear for a while so I assumed they hadn't been saved.

I do see the comments in a Private Browsing mode window, but I don't know what makes this work.

Problem solved. I thought I'd cleared all Amazon cookies but took the plunge and cleared all browsing history. That's logged me out of everything (as expected) which is a nuisance, but it has restored the comments link. I hope this won't be necessary again!

Thanks again to all who contributed.
