Hello, here’s the problem: I had / have 3 GMX mailboxes in Thunderbird on my PC. After I installed Thunderbird Mobile and spent several hours with it, I deleted all the mailboxes to import them again. Apparently, this also deleted all the mailboxes on GMX, as they are no longer visible there. I also can’t create new ones there, as the old ones seem to still be somewhere in the Background. In Thunderbird Mobile, I restored the mailboxes via import, but they are completely empty! Thunderbird Mobile has no connection to GMX. What can I do? I go to bed...

I have an issue where, from one day to the next, one of my employees lost the "open thread in a new tab" option. This option was available when right-clicking on a message and then selecting "open/open thread in a new tab." The option no longer works in the "inbox" folder, but it does still work in individual subfolders.

You folks updated Firefox and now I can't open earmarked accounts. Reading all of the reasons is not helping me. I am not computer literate to fool around with settings. So can I go back to old firefox.

I use Firefox with navigation bar hidden in Linux Web Apps (in Linux Mint > Web Apps :: where you can create apps from any web page). I particularly use Notion as an app. And recently, I guess with the new updates, there is showing an address bar where previously there was nothing. Is there a way to remove it?

Hi, I have started to use Thunderbird Mobile (Android) and it looks great. One thing I miss (or can't find) is the print option. I have it in my other apps and it works perfectly in my other apps. I can find a share option but there is no print option in that one. Am I missing something or is it just not a print option in Thunderbird Mobile yet?

I am running Thunderbird Beta on Huawei P30 light and I do not get notificarion for incoming rmails. As far as I can see all notification setting are enabled. Please help.

Bonjour, J'ai un compte Mozilla via Google pour Thunderbird et Firefox installés sur mon laptop Windoes 11 et mon smartphone Android. Tout cela fonctionne mais les logins ne sont pas toujours acceptés. J'aimerais réinitialiser mon compte et mon mot de passe afin d'en avoir 1 seul et unique pour toutes les applications Mozilla. Lorsque je demande de changer le mot de passe je ne reçois aucun e-mail. Merci de m'indiquer comment procéder.

W11, FF set as defailt browser, installed from Mozilla sites (.exe)

Any links from Whatsapp or Messenger app (and some others, but it is very likely the same issue) open in MS Edge. I found some WI to change the "microsoft-egde URL" default app, but I do not have that option. Only Edge is offered or I have to go to store and Install FF from there. Is there a way around it? My main concern is I am biuit scared to install it from MS Store as there are for sure some limitations and I might loose my opened windows and tabs...

I have Release, Beta (and Nightly) on this 10" Samsung tablet running Android 13. For some months I've been expecting the new tab bar (tabs accross the top, like on desktop, and a + on the left) to arrive in the Release version I normally use. I assumed it was being held back.

Today I saw it in Beta 133. I updated Release so that's now: 133.0 (Build #2016057495), hg-8141aab3ba85+ GV: 133.0-20241121140525 AS: 133.0

I now see default desktop view (good idea) - but no tab bar. I've searched settings unsuccessfully.

Why not? Is it behind a pref which I can't change? What's the plan?

Error message when trying to send a message: Sending of the message has failed. Peer's Certificate issuer is not recognised. The configuration related to smtp.message.com must be corrected. When you click on OK, it brings up another lengthy description of licenses etc.. but no result. I'm trying to send a picture but I'm not sure how. In-any case, i'm sending this for my Wife's account: erika-b@netspace.net.au

We had a long-standing conversation with The Messenger Company, but the were unable to solve the  problem.

Hi Support, A customer uses Thunderbird as their main mail platform but suddenly cannot send or receive messages. error message as follows: Sending message failed. The message could not be sent because the connection to the SMTP server timed out. Try again. we get this message directly when we click send (1ms)

Now we checked our Mail Server, connection is up also TLS to port 587 works fine but the client can not establish a connection... it worked a few days ago tho. We also tried to reinstall Thunderbird, new profiles and also tried debugging but we could not find the mistake.

I own a Samsung Fold 5 phone. I have set the outer display used when the phone is folded to 300dp. The inner unfolded width is set to 601dp.

Up until very recently, when I folded or unfolded my phone, websites would resize. Often switching between layouts made for phones and layouts made for tablets or desktops. This still happens in Chrome. But no longer does in Firefox. Instead the site has the same resolution in both modes, making the text too small to read when folded. This effectively makes Firefox unusable unless I unfold my phone. Please make Firefox respect the resolution I have set for each mode again so I can view websites at a width of 300px in folded mode like I used to.

Note I have the slider for "desktop site" turned off. When I try to turn it on, nothing happens. The slider doesn't activate and the resolution does not change. (But the page does reload.) This used to give me the option of 3 different resolutions for my screen, (300 folded, 601 unfolded, and something like 1024 in desktop mode.) I'm not sure if desktop mode is permanently turned on now, or if the phone is set to permanently use 601 width, but it is definitely not using the 300 width I used to get when folded. The desktop mode slider is to the left and will not change.

I opened site settings and turned off always request desktop site and nohing changed. I am still unable to get the 300 width site I need to be able to use Firefox on a folded phone.

J'utilise 2 comptes de messagerie Gmail sur Thunderbird, et je dois toutes les semaines remettre les mots de passe google de ces comptes pour continuer à l'utiliser. Que dois-je faire pour supprimer ces demandes trop fréquentes.

I have 3 firefox clients two private ones and one on my office computer. Between all client I want to synchronize bookmarks, ... except the Add-ons. Add-ons should only be synchronized between my private computers as per company policy some Add-ons are not allowed. It would be nice to have a per client synchronize setting to switch of synchronization of the Add-ons only for my company client.
