Firefox clears my Saved Passwords every two weeks or so. I have double and tripple check the Preference Settings and they are correct according to your Trouble Shooting Guide. Why is this?

I thought that I had adequately described the issue in Step 3. However, this page is asking for the same info. Every two or so weeks, Firefox clears my Saved Passwords. I have double and triple checked my Preference Settings and they are set according to the information in your Troubleshooting Information. How do I prevent this from happening. Also, as of today, Firefox will not allow me to save Passwords, and the same checking process was performed and according to your Troubleshooting Information, the settings are correct.

When you save a password, can you see it in the password manager? [[Firefox > Preferences > Security and click on Saved Passwords]

To get your Troubleshooting Info, you shouldn't have to close the question tab. Go to Help > Troubleshooting Information, then click Copy all to Clipboard. Open a reply to this post, and go to Edit > Paste to paste the info from your Troubleshooting Information page.

Everything works until Firefox clears the password. Yeah, I could cut and paste as you suggested, but that is only a workaround and not a fix. What is going on? It is frustrating using Firefox now. Should I switch to Safari or another browser? Life should be free of hassles, but it is not, so I try to avoid them if possible. If Firefox does not work, then maybe it is not worth it. Is there a fix?

The cut and paste is just so we can get more info about your setup. :-) Could you please paste that info for us? We'll need some more info about your Firefox setup.
