Google applications think I'm using an old version of Firefox
I'm using Firefox 8.0.1. Google Reader, Docs, etc, all tell me that I'm using an unsupported/outdated version of my browser and tells me to update it. (I've also noticed Twitter isn't displaying correctly.) (I have tried accessing each of these pages/apps on a different computer running 8.0.1 and they work fine on that machine.) I've tried restarting with all add-ons disabled. I've cleared the cache. I've deleted all cookies. I've even completely uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled, and nothing changes. I've also tried accessing all these pages/apps on Internet Explorer and they work fine, so I don't think it's anything running on the machine. I'm stumped and don't know what else to try.

You have corrupted user agent caused by the pref general.useragent.override : undefined GoogleToolbarBB

The solution worked perfectly.
I did note, however, that on the second link above, some of the data did seem to be out of date (as was noted on that page) in that a couple of the options to reset weren't there. I reset the ones that were there, cleared the cache and cookies again, it Firefox is back to working perfectly. Thanks for the help and the speedy reply.
