Hello,

I would like to change the icons of the star that are used to show messages as flagged and unflagged.

I have read in some posts that one can replace the icon files, but I cannot find any folder where they are stored. Where are the icon files stored in 128.5 on macOS (Macintosh)?

Is the process for replacing the icons as simple as replacing the icon files?

If you have replaced these icons, would you please tell me about your experience and give me your tips?

As the title states, certain media elements within Firefox refuse to play with audio, but only with frustrating inconsistency. For example, any videos on Youtube are fine. Any videos on Reddit are fine. But many videos, most commonly on boorus and streaming sites I cannot name here, will not play. The volume on the video slider is all the way up, the Firefox application is not muted, the site is not muted, and the tab is not muted. The only thing that makes those videos play audio is if I left click on them to open them in another tab by themselves. While it solves the issue, it's still an extremely inconvenient way to go about my browsing. I know for a fact that this is a Firefox problem because those same videos on those same sites work perfectly fine within other browsers. Please, does anybody know of a solution to this issue?

I recently switched to Thunderbird to track my multiple email accounts, but it is not letting me select text so I can copy-paste.

Each time I click and drag, it swipes to the next or previous email, depending on if I drag left or right.

I had a look through my settings but cannot find a way to stop it swiping to other emails. Double clicking to select the word and then the whole sentence does not work.

I had a dig through the Help Site but couldn't find a reference to this issue/setting.

How do I stop Thunderbird from swiping between emails so I can select text to copy?

I have a business domain with four email accounts at GoDaddy on Microsoft Outlook. I have a new laptop (Windows 11); when I set up Thunderbird for the accounts, three came in fine, but one does not connect to the server - the account on TB shows just an "Inbox" with no mail, no other folders. All the settings appear to be identical between the different accounts. What am I missing?

I'd like to take a full-page screenshot of my content within my Canvas/Instructure online class, but it only captures what's visible. I've tried opening the frame in its own tab, but it doesn't help.

When I use my phone to capture the entire page, it can work, but it's so narrow! Plus I have to continuously tap the "Scroll Down" button for the capturing process to capture more and more.

As the subject says, I'm trying to get Discord links to open in the Discord desktop app instead of a Firefox tab. The 'Applications' section of my Firefox settings that has the settings to handle 'mailto' and 'magnet' links in external apps doesn't have any setting for Discord links for me to change, and I can't figure out how to add one.

After an update notification, i downloaded and updated my firefox to version 132.0.1. after the update, i continually get the notification to update. when i try to perform the update again,i get a message that reads "failed to check for updates". please help this notification is very annoying...

I want to use Firefox on Debian 12, I already use it on Windows 10, but the browser don't redirect from a web page to an application. For example for the authentification: I click to login with google, the app send this to firefox but after that it don't remind to the app.

For some reason, I am getting message that the Certificate for server is not valid (etc.). I can not get or send my emails as of this morning. Is there something I can do to resolve this issue?

Since your last update, sending message by Thunderbird is problematic. When checking, the menu flashes quickly, out of all control. Impossible to cancel, send, correct. You can absolutely do nothing. After a while (2-3 minutes of this flashing and it's long...) The message is sent. Before updating, this problem did not exist. Please do the necessary to remedy this bug. Thank you for your help. I would like to take a screenshot of my expanded emails on protonmail.com - but it is not working when when I click "full page" option. Is this possible? I don't want to take screenshots manually by scrolling down the window...

Hi, I just switched from windows 10 to Windows 11. On windows 10 once you position the picture in picture once it appears in that position every time time you start up a new picture in picture. In Windows 11 the picture in picture doggedly appears in the same position necessitating moving it to your preferred position every time.

I am running Windows 11 with an RTX4080 super on two 4K screens set to Nvidia surround mode with the latest driver. The picture in picture always positions about 20 pixels into the left (main) screen. I then move it to the 10,10 position on the right screen. I expect the next time I start a picture in picture that it will appear at the 10,10 position on the right screen. Instead it appears in the old position on the left screen, forcing me to move it every time.

The current version of Firefox remembers the size of the picture in picture when I resize it. But is does not remember the x,y position on the picture in picture once it is resized over a certain size.

Is there a setting in about that sets the position of the picture in picture?

Having updated to latest browser version I am continually getting this page

I have cleared all browser cache and data with no effect.
