i was not able to connect to the world of warcraft news server. when i was following some directions from their tech support page i entered my ip address into the browser and received an error message from firefox stating "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at 192.168.0.151." im not having problems with anything that is not warcraft related (ie my curse client doesnt work either)

== about a month ago but i was still able to play until today

When you enter your own IP address into Firefox, Firefox tries to connect to your own computer. Since your computer not running a web server, Firefox wouldn't be able to connect to it.

You said that your IP address is 192.168.0.151; this is the address on your intranet (i.e. behind your router). Have you checked to see if your router is port forwarding properly or whatnot with regards to your WoW problems?

LOL i just figured that out. I'm trying to get this done sans ex husband since he was my tech support. I'm only getting an error message from WoW when I try to reinstall the game now so could it strictly be a WoW issue?
