I have an older computer and I have dial-up. Right by Christmas both windows and Norton Antivirus did downloads...so I don't know which caused my problem. Took many many hours to download. I have Windows xp.

In Firefox I go to a website used many times...try to download a google doc to print out to register for an agility class. I get nothing no matter which of the three docs I try.

In Jigzone website...the pictures of the puzzles don't appear...ads do fine. In Firefox yahoo news...pictures there no longer appear either. My computer seems to lock up more too since these downloads...but think that is a separate problem not sure...I was computer literate 35 years ago but not so much any more. Thank you sooooooo much for any help you can give me. So frustrating when things worked before and these downloads happen without control. Yes have set control for downloads to be ok'd but doesn't apply to Norton or Windows seems like.

Oh and I do know...separate issue???...CPU sometimes gets to 100%....but that was before the downloads too occasionally.
