After deleting my user name & password for one website, it does not ask me to save it anymore. How do I save it again?
I went into my saved passwords and deleted a user name and password for one website. Now, it will not ask me to save the password for that website anymore. I am not using private browsing and my remember form history is checked. The website is not listed in the exceptions. Remember passwords for sites is checked. The website I am trying to save from has not changed in any way. My computer has not had any changes to it recently. I did not install or uninstall any programs. It does still ask me to save passwords on other sites, just not the one that I deleted. How do I fix it so that it will save the user name and password again for that one website?

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.
To Reset Firefox do the following:
- Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
- Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
- Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
- Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.
Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.

Did you verify that there are any other (possibly empty) names saved for that domain?
You can use these steps to remove saved (form) data from a drop down list:
- Click the (empty) input field on the web page to open the drop down list
- Highlight an entry in the drop down list
- Press the Delete key (on Mac: Shift+Delete) to remove it.
The website may be using autocomplete=off to prevent Firefox from saving and filling the name and password.
You can remove autocomplete=off with a bookmarklet to make Firefox save the name and password.
