That is an odd sort of problem. Try to see if you are able to do a Firefox Refresh first of all it may solve your problem * [[Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings]] if that fails then try a reinstall, but you should do what we call a clean reinstall and deletew the Firefox Program files. Take care not to delete the Firefox profile if you have previously and recently had a working Firefox.
