Not able to see Tools under menu on my Andriod phone

I am using blog to setup my streaming device (Roku) and following below blog

https://blog.mozilla.org/futurereleases/2014/10/16/test-sending-web-pages-to-a-second-screen-from-firefox-for-android-beta/

As per blog I need to Go to the main menu in Firefox for Android Beta, select ‘tools’ then ‘mirror tab’

But I am not able to see 'tools' :(

Can some one help how to get tools on my firefox andriod

Please appreciate that the article that you refer to is from six years ago. We have not support Roku connectivity for some time.
