Hi, could you describe what is happening in more detail -- for example, is Firefox unable to make a connection to the site, or does Firefox give some other error message? You mentioned printing: is there a popup message when you call up the preview or print from the preview? If so, what does the message say?

The system was working until I tried to print the labels with clipart and a firefox window popped up saying something about security and I should not use can't remember exact wording

To use MyMailList & Address Book I insert a disc that brings up a mailing list or label printing. When I tried to print the labels with clipart the Firefox pop up happened. Now I can't print the list or the labels.

I don't know the connection between the program and the browser. Maybe the program sent a request (a URL) to Firefox because Firefox is your default browser. Can you get back to the error message to see what it said? It might be on your closed tabs list if you closed it -- you can reopen using either:

• "3-bar" menu button > History > Recently Closed Tabs
• (optional menu bar) History > Recently Closed Tabs

If it was in a popup window, check "Recently Closed Windows", too.
