Whenever a website tries to load a pop-up window, all that pops up is a blank window with an address bar that doesn't do anything. This has become a problem because I'm applying to college and a lot of the school websites open a pop-up window with the application or scholarship forms. This only happens on Firefox. When I use IE, the pop-ups work just fine.
