Hello,

I believe this is a known issue with the current version of metro style Firefox. The bookmark database is not shared between the desktop and metro versions and the syncing doesn't bring desktop bookmarks across to metro.

Please see this bug (Bug 853182) for more details.

The bug will be updated as work continues on the metro version of Firefox.
