i tried watching an episode of Friends on vodlocker & gorillavid & it starts to skip, the video become staticky, changes to green then crashes. (shockwave)

also Pandora does the same thing. i listen to a song, it starts to skip, shockwave crash box pops up. i stop the plugin then the tab closes.

i allow Adobe flash to run on the page.

i have no add ons or downloads. i reset firefox yesterday. i'm confused as to whats wrong.

When ever you see that message box, look at the program listed. If you know the program is okay, press the Run button. This is a Windows alert. And a lot of times, it does its job tooooo well.

i know its a holiday but, i'm sorry i have to BUMP this. shows are starting to come back from their mid season finales.

should i try installing adobe again.

Yes, just follow the normal instructions. As long as you get a program from someone that it trusted, there should be no install problem.

ok Fred i think we're making progress. i'm getting further than i've ever been.

i googled why there was no run button in the downloads, i guess they had got rid of it.

i installed an extension to get it back. everything is looking good til i got a gray box that i can't close out of.

When you access those type of install pages, it reads the current information from the computer and the browser. Then it displays the program(s) for that combination. If you were to access the same site using a different setup, that setup would be displayed.
