When sending emails, only some emails are not received. - I can send emails to most email addresses, except some email addresses (4 email addresses that I know of that can not receive my emails. One of them is my own email address with another domain name - Email is showing sent - No error messages - We have tried all listed fixes on Thunderbird support - We have checked email server, domain name and server provider - Even switched off virus protect and firewall - We have change outgoing mail server, and changed ports 465, 587, 25

When an email is not on the recipient server inbox folder (but appear as sent on your server and TB) then that email is filtered somehow by the recipient server (not by TB). Might be some anti-spam filters which make that email to be saved on junk/spam folder or to not be saved at all. This issue should be cross-checked with the recipient server email provider, I think...

I have checked all of the above and there is no issue. If I use outlook email client and send the message in outlook, it is received without any problems. So, there must be an issue with Thunderbird. Please help? Thanks, James

I will check then with TB closed after the mail is sent - directly on the recipient sever with a browser... I assume some filters might be set wrong - when you send to you an email then that mail sent by you is filtered when it come to the different email account to be moved somewhere (and as IMAP then it vanish also from the recipient server - that's why you should closed TB after the mail appear as sent).

If still the same: -send an email from TB - check on your server sent folder on that mail source code -send an email from Outlook - check again on your server sent folder the source code compare them and see what's different...
