When access https://www.anaf.ro and go to Certificate login i have redirect to https://login.anaf.ro/my.policy and i receive error: Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to login.anaf.ro. SSL peer was unable to negotiate an acceptable set of security parameters. Error code: SSL_ERROR_HANDSHAKE_FAILURE_ALERT 

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

I am using standard tracking protection, i checked Don’t enable HTTPS-Only Mode, i cleared cookies, nothing work.

I received the following error message when trying to connect with a site which I have been using for several years. The advice below the error message directs me to contact the site owner, but I can't do so if Firefox will not let me access the site. What to do?
