I did a windows security scan yesterday and it found a trojan in the Users\appdata\local\mozilla\firefox\profiles\c4h...\cache2\entries. Detected: Trojan:Script/wacatac.H!ml.The file is a containerfile. I tried removing it few times but it keeps coming back. This has made me feel uneasy even though I believe it to be a false positive. I've done 3 scans now and it always finds the same file. When I try to look for the file in the folder it's not there, so I can't upload it to virus total.

How do I activate my United Health card I was trying to activate it I don't know if it's already activated or I still have to activate it

In the picture is what im talking about. The bar thingy in the picture was always conveniently at the top of my screen but suddenly this evening it is down there. I've tried to search in the settings and online how to change it back but I couldn't find anything. I hope you can help me get the bar thingy back to the top.

I attempted to set up Google Passkey. Now keep getting popup to "insert security key into USB port" via Windows Security requested by thunderbird.exe. I have no idea what I need to do. My primary password, my email password, and my computer passkey and fingerprint don't work to clear the popup. What do I need to do to clear?

I am not very technical and have just started using Firefox as my browser.

I need help please.

Can any tell me how long Firefox keeps browsing history for, I can't find a straightforward answer on the web.

I have opted to create collections in the pocket app, not tags. When I save an article I would like to see the option to save it to a collection. I now won't be able to tell which articles are in a collection. Also, on the saves page, I only see 3 collections listed, where I created more than 3. I don't see a way o select the other collections.

I've tried everything under the sun that I've seen other people suggest for this problem like custom scripts and altering the config but no matter what I do Youtube just doesn't load videos AT ALL any other video streaming site works wonderfully like Netflix and Youtube works on explorer just fine if anyone has a solution or even just an explanation as to why this is even happening it would be greatly appreciated.

I put the CRA website in my list ,now they think something suspicious my email address is gone. They can't send me updates. I'm finding this so difficult, I have had a stroke and I am on a lot of meds which really confuse me. I can't figure out how to send this on my phone.
