There are many ways to contribute to Webmaker, big or small!
If you have ten seconds:
Send out a #Webmaker tweet or talk to the person sitting across from you. Get your networks as excited about webmaking as you are!
If you have five minutes:
Sign up for our mailing list. We have one for announcements, and one for discussion.
Help someone feel good about what they’ve made, share your favorite makes on social media and send a virtual "high five."
You can also read the latest from our Twitter feed @webmaker or hashtag #webmaker
Or if you prefer, we're on Facebook, Tumblr, and Google+
If you have an hour:
Find something on webmaker.org to remix and share back with the world.
- You can build something from scratch with Popcorn, Thimble, or X-Ray Goggles
- Use one of our Starter Makes
- Make a teaching kit using one of our teach templates
- Remix something from the community gallery.
You can make the Webmaker tools and website better by filing a bug if something is broken, or requesting a feature for something new. We manage our workflow using Bugzilla
You can also help others by improving our knowledge base (the one you're reading now!)
If you have some time in the week:
Organize a Maker Party and galvanize your local community. Here’s how.
If you speak a language other than English, you can help us translate Webmaker!
If you don’t have time but still want to help:
