I can't reinstall Firefox after uninstalling it. I did not delete my old Firefox data file and have another file on Program Files called Firefox (7).
I was experiencing problems with the internet whenever I used Firefox so I uninstalled Firefox maintenance, and then uninstalled Firefox using Advanced Uninstaller software. I then realized there was another file called Firefox (7) on Program Files which I have placed in the Recycle Bin. I still have my User data called "Old Firefox Data" on the Desktop. I have tried to reinstall Firefox but Firefox warns me I will have limited access and won't let me run it using my current user name and asks me to do "Administrator" which I don't use on my personal laptop.
Thanks for all the help!

Since you don't have an administrative Prevailing thats why you are unable to install firefox.since there is old firefox user data you preseverd but It doesn't help you . first you get some admin prevailing then you install a fresh copy of firefox .It helps you to get a good connection with internet
Try going to Mozilla.org and get the full installer.
The full setup for Windows is on http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ (link below green button) as the green download button on mozilla.org serves the stub installer.
