Bookmarking your tabs would be the usual thing I would suggest: right-click any tab on the tab bar, then Bookmark All Tabs. Repeat for each window. But If Firefox is not responding, I don't know whether you can do anything with it...

If you think this may be due to Firefox running out of memory and grinding to a halt, sometimes it helps to close other applications to free up memory.
