I'm pretty sure I've been hacked hard.

Found myself locked out of Thunderbird by a popup that demanded my Master Passworfd for the Security Software. (Didn't have one.)

Navigated in Firefox to "Mozilla Technical Support". Got someone in India that. Showed me how badly I was being hacked. He then offered to fix it all for only $399.00--or whatever amount I could afford.

Said it would be impossible for anyone but him to fix it.

Now that same popup demanding my Master Password is popping up at random, even when I'm not trying to access anything.

Know I've been hacked. Wondering though if Mozilla has a Technical Support. Haven't been able to find it, if it exists.
