I have cleared caches, uninstalled, reinstalled, searched for any adjustment I could think of that would allow the flash to play. Flash players have been reinstalled, java reinstalled. reboooted, rebooted, rebooted. Have turned off all security and it still will not load. Some games even indicate what version of flash is installed but all I get is a plain white screen where the game should be shown. Videos will not load

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

That looks like problems with the Shockwave Flash plugin.

You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and hardware acceleration in Firefox and try this:

Fixed: Did a recovery on the machine, threw everything away, reinstalled Firefox and Flash before anything else and it works again. Thanks for taking the time to work with me. I had tried older versions of Firefox but that didn't worl.
