How do I get rid of unwanted audio ads every time I open Firefox 60.0.1?

Upgraded to Firefox 60.0.1 yesterday. Now everytime I open Firefox I get an unwanted audio ad. Sometimes an audio ad may play at random while FF is open. How do I get rid of this annoyance?

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for a good ad blocker.
