re :want to TALK WITH A LIVE PERSON!!
I think you will find all people on this support forum are very much alive.
Thunderbird is a free product and this is a free support forum and those helping on the Support Forum are unpaid volunteers from all around the world. There are no product charges/costs to provide special rooms full of paid empoyees waiting to Chat. There is no telephone support.
re: can't get into my emails What OS are you using? What version of Thunderbird ? Is this a POP or IMAP mail account?
Please explain what you mean by 'can't get into my emails'. Does Thunderbird start up? Can you see mail accounts and folders in left pane? If you select a folder, do you see emails and can you read them? Does the problem occur when trying to access the server to download new emails? Do you get an error message? If yes, please state what it says word for word.
What server are you using ? eg: gmail, yahoo, comcast etc
