- click the 'new message' button - not click the alt key to display menu bar. If that doesn't work, try pressing f10 - once the menu bar appears, click view>toolbars and tick the composition toolbar

I meant to say to click the alt key. I was writing 'now click the alt key' but my typing was an error, saying 'not click the alt key.' Let me know if it works.
