Help please. Thunderbird often puts the wrong headers on emails. So the headers (subject, senders, etc) from one email are placed on the text of another email, and I end up having to delete the email and lose the information. Any way to fix when it happens again? Thanks

When I make changes in the settingsscreen the changes are NOT be saved. Since the latest update 128.4.3esr I get everytime a donate screen. But I donated serveral times last month. How get I lost off it!!!

So this is the second time that trying to empty my Trash folder, has resulted in my entire inbox just emptying ... I know I clicked " Empty Trash" Why would this happen ? Is there any way to recover the lost emails ? I can't find any control to reverse the process

Please let me know what happened .... and why ... and if I cam recover them ... and how to make sure this never happenes again

I now have roughly 100 email icons with no subject at the top of my screen. I have to scroll left through all of them before I get to the last 12 emails with subjects and then the inbox icon appears. When I click on a new email from the inbox, it opens and the email icon tab is all the way to the right. Now I have to scroll all the way back to the left to get to the inbox again!!. The email icon tabs cannot be deleted because the button turns light grey. Is there a solution or do I have to save the profile and uninstall Thunderbird?

Recently, I've been experiencing an issue with YouTube on Firefox. I have restarted all my network equipment and removed any extensions from Firefox, but the problem continues. Any help would be appreciated. Please see attached photo.

I used to be able to hold the back button down so I could see a short history for the current tab, and I'm not sure if it was an update or a bug, but does anyone know if it's possible to enable it in about:config? It's really useful when you're trying to go back but a redirect is preventing you.

I love Firefox, but I can't find an answer to why the keyboard input lags 5-10 seconds. This is always noticeable in NYT Games like Wordle, but not Bluesky, for instance. I use Chrome now for NYT but eventually I'll go back to stay if I can't fix this, which is a shame as it's the best browser around. Thank you for your help.

trying to import my emails and folders from outlook into tbird via windows cvs file Outlook file from an old pc and need my emails. its not giving me an option to import emails just address book. if I use excel file it doesnt even see it. what do I need to do? and it keeps crashing on me

In our company we have many clients which are using Thunderbird to send and recieve there Emails. We create a new Newsgroup and smtp with the same settings for all. There is one Client with the issue of losing all configuration set. It happens one time per month. The newsgroup, smtp settings and so on are lost AND i don't know why. All the others don't have this issue.

Do you guys have any ideas why this could happen? I am a little bit frustrated...
