I have been trying to connect. I just verified that I followed the directions in:

I am getting a message I do not see being referenced here. TB is telling me:

"The current command did not succeed. The mail server for account ray@ganymede.org responded: User is authenticated but not connected."

Authenticated but not connected? What the heck?

I have talked to godaddy support several times. They keep saying "You will have to contact the email provider." But they are the email provider. So, any suggestions?

My account is ray@ganymede.org, I am trying to connect to outlook.office365.com and I have the security and authentication all, I believe, set correctly.

Nach einem Neustart musste ich mich neu mit meinem Firefox Konto verbinden. Danach waren alle gespeicherten Zugangsdaten weg. Die passenden Dateien liegen im Profil Ordner, aber ich kann sie ja nur als .csv Datei importieren. Wie bekomme ich die gespeicherten Zugangsdaten und Passwörter wieder? Vielen Dank im Voraus.

How to Enable Delete Confirmation Dialog Box in Thunderbird email Trash on Linux system.

My Thunderbird was set up to do this and worked fine until today when I somehow double clicked the mouse and the system eliminated that check before deleting. Please help me restore it and be simple and concrete in instruction because I am not tech-savvy.

For the past day or so every video on YouTube pauses after one minute with the 'Circle of Death' icon. Just hangs. Reloading the page only clears for a short time and after another minute it happens again. Speed tests and diagnostics from my Internet provider shows no constraints or problems with the connection. Other streaming applications do not have this problem. This happens with Firefox and Edge trying to show YouTube videos. Is there an application setting or Mozilla update that may have affected this activity? The attached image shows the pause at 1:00 minute.

I see this as a performance problem, and one that I'd hoped would be solved by now, since others brought it up in an Apple Forum.

When using iCloud Notes, the list always used to have empty circles/radio buttons to click on when done. They have all become black squares instead. Apparently this happened, according to a poster, with version 131.0. If so, it is still a problem with version 132.0.2, which I currently have.

Hello Folks Incoming email is posted directly to my Trash folder and not to my Inbox on my Thunderbird program. Can anyone help me with this problem please? Terry O 2shea@email.com

So this is the second time that trying to empty my Trash folder, has resulted in my entire inbox just emptying ... I know I clicked " Empty Trash" Why would this happen ? Is there any way to recover the lost emails ? I can't find any control to reverse the process

Please let me know what happened .... and why ... and if I cam recover them ... and how to make sure this never happenes again

I now have roughly 100 email icons with no subject at the top of my screen. I have to scroll left through all of them before I get to the last 12 emails with subjects and then the inbox icon appears. When I click on a new email from the inbox, it opens and the email icon tab is all the way to the right. Now I have to scroll all the way back to the left to get to the inbox again!!. The email icon tabs cannot be deleted because the button turns light grey. Is there a solution or do I have to save the profile and uninstall Thunderbird?

Recently, I've been experiencing an issue with YouTube on Firefox. I have restarted all my network equipment and removed any extensions from Firefox, but the problem continues. Any help would be appreciated. Please see attached photo.

I used to be able to hold the back button down so I could see a short history for the current tab, and I'm not sure if it was an update or a bug, but does anyone know if it's possible to enable it in about:config? It's really useful when you're trying to go back but a redirect is preventing you.

trying to import my emails and folders from outlook into tbird via windows cvs file Outlook file from an old pc and need my emails. its not giving me an option to import emails just address book. if I use excel file it doesnt even see it. what do I need to do? and it keeps crashing on me

I'm using Thunderbird for desktop and android. Everything is nicely organized on my desktop. Subfolders are contained inside parent folders as they should be. However, on Android all of the subfolders are outside of the parent folder. Is there a way to fix this on Android so all of my subfolders are organized back inside the main folder?
