I have a profile on a disk from a Windows 10 machine that recently died. I have a Windows 11 laptop that I just installed Thunderbird on, and I tried a profile import from the tools. It was able to successfully import my address book as well as my local folders, but did not import my calendar events or my sub folders under my inbox. Is there any way for me to get this data imported? Thanks, Gary

I have two installations of Firefox. One windows10 and one Linux. BOTH are doing the same thing on this site https://www.rapidonline.com/

I cannot scroll using the mouse roller. Page up/down doesn't work. Middle click and drag doesn't scroll either. BUT, for the briefest of time, BEFORE the Firefox shield in the address bar, I can scroll.

Hovering over the blue shield shows the text... Blocking social media trackers, cross site tracking cookies, and fingerprinters. Turning the Firefox protection OFF makes no difference, other than the shield is white and struck out. Disabling uBlock origin, or malwarebytes makes no difference. Both my installations do the same BUT, I called a pal who also uses Firefox on Linux and windows and he reports all is well and he uses uBlock, but not malwarebytes.

I have not actively messed with my settings on either platform. Oh, I was told to clear the cache. No joy.

Why does Firefox think it is blocking stuff but turning the protection off makes no difference? Why should two separate installations behave identically? Why does my pal's Firefox using Linux work on this site 100% ? I feel like I am going insane...

I'm finding threads that include the correct emails for the subject, but also additional emails that do NOT relate to the original subject. How do I pull the other "subjects" from being in the wrong thread and create their own thread. See the highlighted emails in the attached image. Each color represents a separate thread that should stand on its own.

i host diablo_web_simple on my root running nginx when i use chrome it only loads the chunks of diabdat.mpq once -> then loads them from cache when using firefox it always loads the chunks and doesnt use cache -> this results in slower load and less performance

diabdat.mpq = ~270mb chunksize = between 1-7mb combined chunksize of loading game: ~65mb

i already set in about:config browser.cache.check_doc_frequency 2

i also set headers for caching this file in nginx

nothing works pls help

Nach einem Neustart musste ich mich neu mit meinem Firefox Konto verbinden. Danach waren alle gespeicherten Zugangsdaten weg. Die passenden Dateien liegen im Profil Ordner, aber ich kann sie ja nur als .csv Datei importieren. Wie bekomme ich die gespeicherten Zugangsdaten und Passwörter wieder? Vielen Dank im Voraus.

How to Enable Delete Confirmation Dialog Box in Thunderbird email Trash on Linux system.

My Thunderbird was set up to do this and worked fine until today when I somehow double clicked the mouse and the system eliminated that check before deleting. Please help me restore it and be simple and concrete in instruction because I am not tech-savvy.

I created a 1+-minute video on my YouTube channel and then posted it to my GoogleSite. But Firefox will not allow it to play because it is embedded from another site. Can you kindly help me understand how to get around this?

My goal is to create content on YT that only I can embed on my site. Yet it does not seem that there are options allowing for this. My desire is to share some wondrous FREE visual content AND to protect it by funneling it to my site.

For the past day or so every video on YouTube pauses after one minute with the 'Circle of Death' icon. Just hangs. Reloading the page only clears for a short time and after another minute it happens again. Speed tests and diagnostics from my Internet provider shows no constraints or problems with the connection. Other streaming applications do not have this problem. This happens with Firefox and Edge trying to show YouTube videos. Is there an application setting or Mozilla update that may have affected this activity? The attached image shows the pause at 1:00 minute.

I want to enter a whole lot of addresses into a particular address book but I find when I try to enter them there seems nowhere to click to say 'do it'. Have I missed something?

And how do I enter multiple addresses?

I see this as a performance problem, and one that I'd hoped would be solved by now, since others brought it up in an Apple Forum.

When using iCloud Notes, the list always used to have empty circles/radio buttons to click on when done. They have all become black squares instead. Apparently this happened, according to a poster, with version 131.0. If so, it is still a problem with version 132.0.2, which I currently have.

Since the new updates the shortcut to add a new tab is gone - how do I get that back. Also i can no longer download my videos from facebook to upload to youtube - can that be fixed as well?

Help please. Thunderbird often puts the wrong headers on emails. So the headers (subject, senders, etc) from one email are placed on the text of another email, and I end up having to delete the email and lose the information. Any way to fix when it happens again? Thanks

When I make changes in the settingsscreen the changes are NOT be saved. Since the latest update 128.4.3esr I get everytime a donate screen. But I donated serveral times last month. How get I lost off it!!!

So this is the second time that trying to empty my Trash folder, has resulted in my entire inbox just emptying ... I know I clicked " Empty Trash" Why would this happen ? Is there any way to recover the lost emails ? I can't find any control to reverse the process

Please let me know what happened .... and why ... and if I cam recover them ... and how to make sure this never happenes again
