When sending email from Thunderbird using my mifi I get this message
An error occurred while sending mail: The mail server sent an incorrect greeting: Your IP address is on the XBL blacklist! Sending denied. For further information and delisting procedure, please see http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=213.205.252.105.
I don't get it on any other wifi - do I need to get Thunderbird to de-blacklist the mifi IP addresses (which change all the time apparently)?

Thunderbird is just a program on your computer and has nothing to do with IP addresses.
The error message has already offered you information and links to resolve. Suggest you read the info and use the links to get yourself off the blacklist.
