Myfitnesspal won't load with Firefox but will with other browsers.
I get message The page isn’t redirecting properly. I tried deleting the cache and cookies. No problem with with other browsers. What next?

Hi, could you please explain more about the issue. Was this previously working or are setting it up ? Did you install any thing new ? What A/V and Firewall program do you use please ? Thank You.

I updated Adobe Flash to current version. Didn't solve problem.
Tried to delete Adobe flash. Go through most of the steps but couldn't delete all the files. Said I needed permission from TrustedInsaller whatever that is. Any ideas?
Graphics card drivers are current.
Answer to Pkshadow. I have been using MyFitnessPal for 6 months. Suddenly can't access with Firefox. Firefox works well with all other sites. I use Google chrome to access MyFitnessPal with no problem. Nothing new installed that I can think of. A/V is Avast. Firewall just Windows 10. No changes there either.

I think it means you need administrator privileges to remove those files.
Not Redirecting properly = cookies
Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.
- Clear the Cache and
- Remove Cookies
Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?
While you are in safe mode;
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

It mentions clearing the cache and cookies, which you say you've already tried, but also some other possible fixes :
Some files said I needed administrator privilege. That was not a problem as I have that. TrustedInstaller seems to be different. I have never seen that one before.

In looking at the IsItWorking website, I have plenty of company. Seems the problem started after a Myfitnesspal update. I'll just wait for them to fix it.
