One of my emails in Thunderbird stopped receiving mail. I checked the Profile directory and the INBOX file is gone. I tried copying an INBOX from another email and rebuilding the msf to no avail. Am I completely hosed (no, no backup, but at this point, I really don't care)? I just want to get the emails that are still on the server. I can send emails without a problem. All three emails (all IMAP) I access through Thunderbird are set up the same.

Where do I start? Build is 102.11.0 and I lost the INBOX shortly after the upgrade.

Remove the account and add it afresh.

Tried that. I get an invalid license for Plesk when I do that, so I am reluctant to accept the non-license and continue. (I just renamed the old IMAP account when I tried that.)

Edit: I did try that yesterday and got the license error.

Tried it again today: Deleted old account. Closed Thunderbird, restarted Thunderbird. Added IMAP account. No INBOX file created in the folder. Cannot receive mail.

Take the Plesk licensing issue up with your email hosting provider. Make sure you can actually sign in to Plesk and in to the troubled email account via webmail.
