My wife's PC is using version 102.15.0 (64 bit), even though it is set to automatically install updates. She has noticed that for some time TB is no longer saving sent messages to her "Sent" folder nor "read" incoming messages to her "inBox". I cannot find a "trash" folder at all and she has no "Archive" folder for 2023.

Can someone please help us?

Regards and TIA

Phil

Solución elegida

In the absence of any responses, I took the bull by the horns and downloaded the latest version of TB (115.2.0 (64 bit)) and installed it on my wife's PC. Low and behold, it seems to have fixed the problems outlined above, which begs two questions: why did her old version of TB not update automatically as dictated by the settings and why did nobody on this forum steer me in the right direction?

The second question is rather disappointing.

Regards to all
