Firefox does not recognize Vietnamese accent mark
Someone is inputting Vietnamese text for me on one of my website. The accent mark is unrecognizable in Firefox. However, if I input the same text on this particular computer, the accent marks are fine. This does not happen in Safari or any of my other computers. Is there a setting I need to set or a particular font I have to install? This is on a Mac OS Leopard.

Try chancing the character encoding.

What is the code of that Vietnamese accent mark ? Is that text in Unicode?
javascript:c=prompt('?',);void(prompt(c,'&#x'+c.charCodeAt(0).toString(16)+';'));
Yes, it's in Unicode for the encoding.
See attached screen shot to see what I am currently seeing...
But if I copy the same sentence and paste it on this reply or anywhere else, it's in the correct format: "Cần Sang Gấp Tiệm Nail"
Again, I am only seeing this problem on the particular computer.
Strange... When I copy and paste directly, it looks fine. But once I sent the message, it comes up as the wrong format. See my message from above.
Now I am copy and paste from my text editor program, let's see if it comes up as the correct format:
Cần Sang Gấp Tiệm Nail
That is usually caused by a change in the encoding. Make sure that you have the same encoding selected in both cases. View > Character Encoding
