I work for an MSP in vulnerabilities. I have an issue with a client computer where Thunderbird 52.8.0 is installed and version 91.7.0 is also installed on the same machine. I need to delete the older version without affecting the newer version. I also need to do this silently in the command prompt. I know that I can use "%ProgramFiles%\Mozilla Thunderbird\uninstall\helper.exe" /S but that will uninstall everything. Is there a way to specifically uninstall version 52.8.0 only with the command prompt?

I assume they are in different folders, possibly one is 32-bit and the other 64-bit? If so, registry entries will be different and that should simplify the removal. Does Windows show two installations? Not knowing your details, I would confirm different locations and -- worst case -- do registry search to remove the links to 52.8.0 version. Possibly if you show locations for each, better advice may be provided.
