When I type a web page in the address bar and press enter, the name of the web page disappears and nothing happens. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox, but the problem remains. I tried deleting all add-ons, but the problem remains. I tried starting in safe mode, but the problem remains. I tried disabling my McAfee firewall, but the problem remains. I did a complete virus check with McAfee, and no viruses were found. My other browsers, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome work just fine.

I use Windows 7 and have McAfee anti-virus software.
