It says a webpage is running. Do I want to stop it or wait. When I finally get to the website, the live TV only lasts for a few minutes...then crashes. I used to be able to watch all day until the May 16 windows update. When I try to system restore, it will not go back to an earlier date.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here:

http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html Uninstall Flash Player | Windows

http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.

Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.

Thank you so much for your speedy reply. I live in Hawaii so I didn't get your answer right away. I've tried to do some things but I'm not an experienced computer user. I'm a little frustrated right now. So, I think I will try again later. I did want to reply to thank for helping so quickly. Hopefully later today I can get back to you with a "successful" reply.
