When I log into Firefox to check my email. It always seems that another window is piggy backing on your website. At times our spyware protection blocks it and sometimes it doesn't. It opens a separate tab that I do not see until my computer freezes. We have the latest spyware protection and have scanned the computer plenty of times with nothing showing up in our computer. Have you had problems with viruses piggy backing on your site that come through and end up on peoples computers when they first open your site?

Possibly you have inadvertently installed some software or even have out and out malware that your current security application is not detecting.
