History is not remembered after shutdown and "remember history" is activated.
In the process of "show all history" only today is shown. "Remember history" when activated (preferences>privacy) history is only stored for "today".
Shutting down and restarting does not correct the problem. Overnight shutdown and next day start-up does not correct the problem as well.
Running Mac OS X 10.5 on an iMac. I am contacting you on my MacBook Pro and it has no problems.

This can be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
- Make sure that you do not use Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox to clear the Browsing History.
You can look at these prefs on the about:config page.
