I am sharronmae my hotmail address is already sharroncharlie @hotmail.com I have had this acct for at least 10 years. I can not find my hotmail and it keeps asking me then saying its already taken. it is mine I just want to get it back and no more OUTLOOK it has really messed me up

hello sharronmae, your hotmail account isn't operated by mozilla, you'd have to refer to microsoft's documentation and support to get help about this issue: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/outlook/auto-upgrade-outlook-faq
