I downloaded a label template from avery, it downloaded in HTML all I can see is letters and numbers lines and lines of them, I used this template before and it was fine I could print the labels, I don't know what has happened, it is downloaded into wordpad, I am very new to this so I don't know much about html, I use windows 7, any help would be great, thanks Carol

Label templates wouldn't be used by a web browser like Firefox, but rather are something for a Word Processing program such as Word or Open Office.

Doesn't Avery have a FAQ's section or some type of 'Help' available?

Are that PDF files or other documents?

It is likely that the server isn't configured properly and sends the file as text/plain if you see them as text in a Firefox tab and aren't offered to download them. If possible then right-click the link and use "Save Link As" to save the file to the hard drive.

You can verify the content type in "Tools > Page Info > General" or with an extension like Live Http Headers.
