I have been blocked from sending/receiving any emails since 9/9/24 with a message saying: Alert 1014. This is extremely frustrating/ upsetting . I was told the problem is on your end. When will this problem be resolved? Fortunately, I can now receive emails on Xfinity as of a few days ago.

When you get an error message it useful to state all the error message word for word OR post an image of it. Often those error messages are sent by the server so any info helps to detect what it is talking about.

re : I was told the problem is on your end.
