trying to get bank statement...have always been successful with firefox. it brings up the bank website, lets me key in account and security info....then when i press "go", it gives error msg that says it cannot be processed due to a system problem. yet, i can then, go to internet explorer (which i dislike), and i can get the info i want. i thought i updated (downloaded the newest version of firefox...still does not work. i haven't tried anything else on the internet with firefox since this has happened so don't know if i can access other internet websites...but assume i can. it cannot be the bank, as i can get the info on the internet explorer site.

i don't know what you want in the box below...the url of affected site...?????

I tried what you suggested on the tools site....made all the changes...didn't help. Then I just uninstalled the whole firefox that i had used forever....and re-installed all over again....tried it, same error msgs....tried the tool site again on that, and still same error msgs. why don't you folks have a phone number i can call and talk to an actual person to walk me thru this problem? am an old 70 yr old lady who has always depended on firefox.
