Mozilla releases Firefox for Windows, Linux, and MacOS. You'll need at least one of those to run Firefox on your PC.

If you want to download Firefox onto portable media to bring to that PC, you can use this page to get a full (self-sufficient) installer for the relevant OS and language:

Oh, wait, you want to try to run FirefoxOS on the PC? There's no official build for that kind of hardware environment. If you search around on the web you might find someone experimenting with it, but I suspect it wouldn't be very full-featured or stable...

Oh right but does anyone know how to download like a windows or Linux on a new build

If you need Linux, there are many different distributions to choose from. If you have a DVD burner, you can create a bootable DVD to install it on your PC. I recently tested Linux Mint 13 LTS (long-term support version), which isn't the latest or coolest, but is said to be quite stable and familiar-looking for Windows users. The included Firefox 12 can be updated to Firefox 28 after installation.

I don't have a DVD burner can I use a USB or something?
