The latest Thunderbird releases have been crashing regularly, with these submitted reports. I'm trying to ascertain what I need to do to mitigate or eliminate the crashes.

etc, ad nauseum going back to 03 October.

In the last 2 weeks my wife Thunderbird refuses to send emails. The attached image is the error message. I got Telstra to reset her P/W, but Thunderbird still asks for a P/W. Using her details on Telstra webmail, messages are sent with no problem. I had same problem back in September, but I can't remember how it was solved. Your help would be much appreciated. I copied Thunderbird folder in on my old computer to thumb drive. I Installed Thunderbird on new computer. I replaced the Thunderbird folder on the new computer with the data from the old computer. The folder on old computer had over 9,300 files. I ran the Thunderbird on the new computer. The old mail data was not shown. I was asked to create and new mail account the new computer. Mail from old computer did NOT appear. What is needed to get all of my mail, addresses and calendar data to the new computer. A large number of files are in the folder. see a sample of the names are attached,

It has verified it with both email providers. The provider show the thunderbird is being used as a client. I have tried this with the email password and without no matter what I do I cannot get past this problem. I have windows ten

When I use the Firefox browser, the use of this site is very slow, messages do not appear, and the site is horribly slow. Facebook also has the same problem. Please fix this problem.

Hello, I've been trying to figure out why my TB program has stopped responding to the email button on my Logitech K270 keyboard. It calls up the Windows Mail 8, but not TB. Everything else on the keyboard works fine, but it will not call up the TB program. I've tried various settings in SetPoint, 6.9, but it won't work. I've tried contacting Logitech, but so far, they've been no help, so I'm hoping somebody here, has run into the same thing, and figured it out. I mean, why would the button work for Windows Mail, but not TB?

I am getting a message I do not see being referenced here. TB is telling me:

"The current command did not succeed. The mail server for account ray@ganymede.org responded: User is authenticated but not connected."

Authenticated but not connected? What the heck?

I have talked to godaddy support several times. They keep saying "You will have to contact the email provider." But they are the email provider. So, any suggestions?

My account is ray@ganymede.org, I am trying to connect to outlook.office365.com and I have the security and authentication all, I believe, set correctly.

Nach einem Neustart musste ich mich neu mit meinem Firefox Konto verbinden. Danach waren alle gespeicherten Zugangsdaten weg. Die passenden Dateien liegen im Profil Ordner, aber ich kann sie ja nur als .csv Datei importieren. Wie bekomme ich die gespeicherten Zugangsdaten und Passwörter wieder? Vielen Dank im Voraus.

How to Enable Delete Confirmation Dialog Box in Thunderbird email Trash on Linux system.

My Thunderbird was set up to do this and worked fine until today when I somehow double clicked the mouse and the system eliminated that check before deleting. Please help me restore it and be simple and concrete in instruction because I am not tech-savvy.

For the past day or so every video on YouTube pauses after one minute with the 'Circle of Death' icon. Just hangs. Reloading the page only clears for a short time and after another minute it happens again. Speed tests and diagnostics from my Internet provider shows no constraints or problems with the connection. Other streaming applications do not have this problem. This happens with Firefox and Edge trying to show YouTube videos. Is there an application setting or Mozilla update that may have affected this activity? The attached image shows the pause at 1:00 minute.

I see this as a performance problem, and one that I'd hoped would be solved by now, since others brought it up in an Apple Forum.

When using iCloud Notes, the list always used to have empty circles/radio buttons to click on when done. They have all become black squares instead. Apparently this happened, according to a poster, with version 131.0. If so, it is still a problem with version 132.0.2, which I currently have.

Hello Folks Incoming email is posted directly to my Trash folder and not to my Inbox on my Thunderbird program. Can anyone help me with this problem please? Terry O 2shea@email.com

So this is the second time that trying to empty my Trash folder, has resulted in my entire inbox just emptying ... I know I clicked " Empty Trash" Why would this happen ? Is there any way to recover the lost emails ? I can't find any control to reverse the process

Please let me know what happened .... and why ... and if I cam recover them ... and how to make sure this never happenes again

I now have roughly 100 email icons with no subject at the top of my screen. I have to scroll left through all of them before I get to the last 12 emails with subjects and then the inbox icon appears. When I click on a new email from the inbox, it opens and the email icon tab is all the way to the right. Now I have to scroll all the way back to the left to get to the inbox again!!. The email icon tabs cannot be deleted because the button turns light grey. Is there a solution or do I have to save the profile and uninstall Thunderbird?
