Recently spammers are sending emails with one or two spaces ahead of the subject text and these are getting through the filters. Suggestions?
Problem first appeared a week or so back, so may be a new technique or an update has caued the filters to miss these.

what filters?
Perhaps we should have said only that these messages are getting to the inbox now and did not previously. What might we do to stop them?
This could happen if a filter looked for 'Subject begins with...' instead of 'Subject contains....'.
