folder colours, solid folders
Hello, I have read the half a dozen threads regarding the change to outline folders with Tb 78, in particular the post that mentioned that the changes were made so that the folders were scalable, better contrasted and in focus.
I have relatively bad eyesight, and the move to folder outlines has significantly downgraded the usability for me; I relied on colours to locate folders by position, and unfortunately the outlines do not allow sufficient accent/differentiation for this method to work for me any more (I struggle to understand how the outline format really brings more contrast to the folders, as mentioned by Toad_Hall, it definitely doesn't for me)
Not being able to modify all sub folders at the same time has also handicapped me at every update. (Yes, I have a lot of folders and sub folders and sub sub folders, but yes, I have been using Tb professionally with the same email account for 20 years).
Is there likely to be any options in the near future that could solution these problems? - an option for thicker folder outlines, or - an option for solid folders - an option to "apply colour to sub-folders"

The simplest way to have colored icons, similar to the ones in older versions, is to install Phoenity Icons.
I see the Phoenity Icons is quoted regularly as the answer to this problem - however it gives me solid yellow coloured folders but I cannot find any way to select folder colours individually as I wish - and what I want (need) is to be able to give folders different colours with significant contrast to help me find the right one quickly. So I guess I wait...
I'm not aware of any way to set solid folder colors individually in TB 91. The Colored Folders add-on is for an earlier version.
