All of a sudden Firefox stopped working—said the file mozglue.dll was missing.

I click on the ok box [or whatever] and the same message box comes up again, then another, then another, for about 8 or so times before it finally stops.

Firefox had been working fine up until then, if I don't count all the times it's frozen up from all the scripts not working boxes that come up.

Can't recall if Firefox was working at the time I got the above mozglue.dll message box.

I opened my IE and went to download the latest version of Firefox at the mozilla site. I hit the download button (I tried both the regular and the beta versions).

I was then taken straight to the page that thanked me for downloading the program. Only there wasn't any downloading of Firefox.

Hi,

You can try to download the latest Firefox and install it over the current installation:

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html

https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/latest/win32/

The Windows forum would also be helpful.

Your first URL was the one I spoke about in my initial question—couldn't get to work. The second one, when I tried running it, said it wasn't a valid Win32 program. Third URL worked like a charm! Thanks! Problem solved!
