log into your web mail and delete the contents of the spam folder. This is generally caused by a corrupt or malformed email usually it is a spam email, hence the advice.

The other possibility is this email is large enough that the connection is timing out before the next email gets downloaded, so you perhaps might try deleting it on web mail as well.

Hello Matt, Thank you for your input. This wasn't a spam email I believe the size is what the problem is. I have deleted this email multiple times, however when I try to get my messages after deleting it, it is still the first email that is being received again and again. It sends this message repeatedly as the first one every time, and completely downloads it in my inbox, but that's where it stops and doesn't continue with the other emails in my inbox. I know the person that sent it to me and she has sent several with pictures of a home she renovated. So I know they are ok. I have never had this problem before and I am stumped as how to get rid of this email from being loaded when I try to get messages every time. and its' the same thing happening no matter which computer I do this on, I have more than one. I don't have a spam folder as such in the Thunderbird menu either, usually if i receive a junk email it is marked as such and I just delete it and its gone, I gave even done that with this one and it still is coming back. Any other suggestions???
